5 Days of Guided & Relaxing Meditations

We're delighted to guide you on this meditation journey

To make the most out of your relaxation this week, we recommend you do the following: 

  • Save everything you are working on and close the programs down
  • Close down/hide any windows you have open in your browser apart from this one
  • Turn off all notifications during the relaxation
  • Put your phone on silent, flight mode or turn it off completely
  • Make sure everybody knows that for the next 10-15 minutes you are not to be disturbed
  • Plug your headphones into your Computer, Laptop, Phone or Tablet
  • Make yourself as comfortable as you can, loosen your clothing if you need to so you can easily relax
  • Remember that you cannot do this wrong - whatever you experience is your experience and exactly as it is meant to be
  • Everyone will feel something different so try not to compare your experiences
  • Last but not least...enjoy!

Relationship tip for the day - Be Present 

  • At Work - when someone is talking to you instead of talking to them whilst you are still working, either stop working, look them in the eye and listen to them, or ask them to come back at a more convenient time when you can listen to them without distractions.

  • At home - Put your phone in your pocket when people are talking to you. Unless you need it, turn it off when you come home from work and resist temptation to check your emails and social media when with your friends and family.

Relationship tip for the day - Listen

  • At Work - when you are in a conversation with someone, be that a colleague, client, supplier, whomever, it's important to actively listen to them without judgement. It's important we engage with the words they are saying instead of the words we want to hear. If they are short with you then perhaps they've had a bad start to their day, or something has happened at home - a lot of the time their response isn't about you personally. Now could be a good time to give them the chance to have someone listen to them and allow them to feel good from that. You may also feel good too to know you've listened to them mindfully.

  • At home - give your friends and family the pleasure of you sitting down with them, turning all distractions off and listening to them without judgement. Put them first in this situation regardless of your opinion. Sometimes it's good to just be listened to without being advised.

Relationship tip for the day - Give your time

  • At Work - Put time aside to nurture important relationships in your teams. They won't know they are important unless you give them your time to show them.

  • At Home - Put time aside to nurture important relationships. We can be so busy that we don't spend time with the important people in our lives.

Relationship tip for the day - Recognise unhealthy relationships

  • At Work - When you're struggling with a relationship at work, there is always a solution to make it easier. The first step is acknowledging there is a challenge, the next step is to talk to someone about it from a place of positive resolution

  • At Home - When you're unhappy in a relationship with someone it's important to talk to them about it. Some relationships may be worked through and some may be the rare kind that you walk away from. Understand that there is a difference.
